I. Overview
The Salvation Army Seattle Social Services invites sealed bids from qualified food-service vendors to provide and deliver hot and sack meals to multiple shelter and housing sites throughout King County, Washington. The successful bidder will enter a firm fixed-price contract in accordance with 2 CFR 200.320(c) and The Salvation Army Procurement Policy.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in compliance with 2 CFR 200.320(c).
The Salvation Army reserves the right to reject any or all bids for documented reasons.
The award is subject to funding availability and compliance with federal and local procurement regulations.
